IELTS Exam Cancellation Policy

The amount of your refund will depend on how quickly you contact the testing facility if you must cancel your IELTS exam:

  • You will be refunded 75% of your cost if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your test date.
  • You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel within 14 days but more than two days before to the exam.
  • You will get a 25% refund if you cancel just one or two days before your test. Unfortunately, cancellations made on the test day or subsequently are not eligible for any return.

IELTS Rescheduling Policy

You can ask for a rescheduling at least five weeks prior to the original exam date if you require changes to the date of your IELTS.
